    ::We hope that mums had a great day yesterday! Here’s an article on the difference that mums make.

    ::This Sunday [15May05] we’d love Parents to join with us for a time of hearing what God is doing in our youth group and praying together. It will be at either 10am or 12pm [after each of our morning meetings] for about 20 mins. If you don’t normally come to CCEC or you normally come to Night Church it would be great if you could make it too.

    ::Have you got your latest Parents’ Update??? If not… download it from our parents website or directly from here.

    ::Our website continues to grow. To deal with the growth we will be moving it shortly to a better host that won’t crash and won’t have ads popping up all the time! Stay tuned for details. As the site has grown so has the use of our youth forum. Below are some guidelines for forum use that we would like you to be aware of and likewise your teenagers. It’s been great to see the way that the forum has been used for teenagers to encourage each other.

    See you on Sunday!

    This isn’t just a list of rules… but a guide to help you use this forum wisely.

    RULES
    >>> Get permission from parents
    >>> Don’t use last names [rather say John B in yr9]
    >>> Don’t share phone numbers or exact meeting times & places
    >>> Report questionable posts to a Moderator or ccecyouth@gmail.com

    IT’S A CHRISTIAN FORUM
    >>> Ephesians 4:29 – “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.” [niv] Words matter… words can cut people down or they can build people up. This is a forum where we seek to build others up. If you’re not seeking to build others up you will be deleted & warned then banned.
    >>> If you’re not Christian, you’re welcome on here but please adhere to these guidelines.

    TIPS
    >>> When starting a new topic… quickly search to make sure it hasn’t already been started.
    >>> Doing the dishes is more important than using the forum
    >>> Obey your parents
    >>> Read your Bible.
    >>> Do some exercise.
    >>> Give yourself a time limit on here a week. Maybe 2 hours?

    Keep trusting in Jesus’ death & resurrection,

    ccecYOUTH may05
